Engagement
All projects are governed by a separate statement of work. These terms apply to all website interactions and general service engagements.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables. KYonex Technologies retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
KYonex Technologies is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction applicable to KYonex Technologies.
